The achievements weren't up on Xbox.com when the episode first came out, it happens sometimes (I remember some Resident Evil 5 DLC had the same issue). For them to display properly you'll have to recover your gamertag and get them again.

Yep that's exactly what's happened. Its sorted now. I just did chapter 1-2 again on a different save and they unlocked.

It also gave me chance to see what happens if I didn't chop the guys leg off! The outcome Isn't much better!

No.

I play inverted and for some reason this doesn't feel odd to me at all.

I struggled on Ep.1, so I'm out on Ep.2.

So what choices did you guys pick? Here's mine:

Chopped dudes leg off
Let Danny shoot Jolene
Helped kill Larry
Only killed one of the brothers
Didn't steal the food.

Now I'm gunna do my second playthrough of ep1 so that I can see how it differentiates between the dialogue and stuff depending on choices you make.

Having Clementine in this is such a brilliant touch; I find her presence very much influencing my decisions.

I knew killing Larry was the right thing to do, but I couldn't do it with Clem there. I also wanted to kill both the brothers, but again, Clementine stopped me. But the food, now damn that was a fucking tough choice. I knew that if I didn't take it the others would anyway, so I could have just let the others do it and not have disappointed Clem, but she was the very reason why I thought I should actively take the food. I want to shield her from things, but I also want her to see that this is the world we live in now. We might have just doomed a group of people to death, but our group, the people with us right now, that's what matters. I did feel pretty cut up about taking the food though, as the thought of those people maybe coming back to their empty car was hard.

I'm guessing if you don't find the camcorder at Jolene's camp you still end up with it somehow?

I'm not doing any alternate playthroughs of this, I think it'd ruin in somewhat. I'm glad they didn't have achievements based around the branching decisions.

Agreed. If she wasn't in the same room. I would have definitely killed Larry myself.

Hell no! I'm not replaying anything until I've done every episode. It would definitely cheapen the experience having alternate playthroughs.

Yeah, somebody else told me you can't check the tent until you find the camcorder. I found the camcorder before attempting to look in the tent so though maybe you could continue without it.

This is brilliant.
I don't know why Nighteyes isn't all over it.
The story telling is as good as the best.
The choice at the start of to do or not to do...i didn't do....to be honest i'm trying to play this how I would in real life as it were ...

Finished episode 2, like dog Ill only be playing this once through, it's totally and utterly brilliant - love it

Shame it's a while toll episode 3

Played Episode 1 at the weekend and think its brilliant. Amazed at how good the voice acting is. Love the atmosphere and the soundtrack. Some though decisions to make. One of them in particular I instantly regretted. Will wait til I've downloaded all of the episodes to see if things turn out a lot differently depending on what choice you make

Finally played this after its slight delay making it to EU PSN.

Wow.

I was a big fan of Kenny, but its awesome to seem him slipping into becoming the most hardline and me finding I just cant support his decisions. I was pissed when he killed the father. I don't think I have ever felt so paralysed to make a decision in a game before like that. I just couldn't choose.

Truly some genius stuff here.

Episode 3 is out tomorrow on 360, PC and MAC!

PS3 users in the EU will have to wait again I'm afraid.
