He should shut up and fix the mistakes he's made. No customer deserves a broken product due to the short sightedness of a developer. Especially as he is aware of the problem but coming up with excuses as to why he won't fix it.
I'm hoping Fez dude can be the guy who makes Microsoft change their ways. It needs someone like him to stand up and make a noise. Cos if he just rolls over and pays up, it will all go quite again. If he doesn't fix it, it could lead to Microsoft having to do something ... ultimately, it could bring about a change which at the end of the day, is only gonna help Microsoft in the long run and us gamers, especially xbox only gamers. So it's in our best interest that he makes a noise.
