4OD on xbox

Hey guys wondering if anyones had this same issue as me with 4od player, i can get through all the menus no trouble but when i click to play the video, only sound shows and my screen goes completely blank, not even xbox options show when you press the xbox button in the middle of the controler..... this has become of great annoyance and would definitely love to hear anyones ideas and see if they work

Clear your cache, delete the app, then re-download it.

System settings > storage > press Y then clear cache, then find the 4od app in games and delete everything to do with it.
