BAFANL Season Starts - 14/04/12

Not sure if there are any American Football fans here but this years British American Football League finally kicks off this week.

Spot on! I'm a receiver and a rookie too so I'm still learning the ropes, hope to play a game at some point this season but i have to admit our group is going to be tough. Our main rivals the London Blitz are probably the best team in the country and are currently playing in the EFL .

But glad there's a few people into this here, Kiwi is into American Footy then?

I've been meaning to go see my Leicester Falcons for about 4 years now. They're a BAFL2 team last time i checked, ah but says they're in Premiership North now

They sure are, they beat my team last year in Div 1 too

Worth going to see them if they are playing locally.

Not too far away, about 10 miles. My boss is a member at the rugby club where they play and always talks about the rugby guys taking the piss. I've given up convincing rugby folk just how physical the game can be
