Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce and Jessica Chastain apparently signed on, but their roles have not been divulged.

It's going to be set after The Avengers, and is this time being written and directed by Shane Black. Kevin Feige talks a little about it with Empire.

Shane Black? Awesome. Last time he worked with Downey Jr. was Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang and that was awesome.
